Nurture pediatrics is in the process of credentialing with the major insurance carriers. As we confirm in-network status, we will update this page with insurance plans accepted. Please check weekly for updates.
Self-Pay Status:
We do accept Self-Pay (uninsured) patients for an upfront flat-fee of $110 per child per office visit. This fee includes on-site testing that the doctor deems medically necessary to diagnose and treat your child. Therapeutics (breathing treatments, in-office medications, vaccine administration, send out laboratory test, etc.) are separate charges. A list of the fees for therapeutics is available at the time of service.
Governmental Insurance Plans:
At this time, we are unable to accept Medicaid, CHIP, and Tricare plans.
